My juliets are starting to take off with their fruit, but, being a novice farmer (first garden ever) I am not sure when it is best to start picking them and when. Some of the fruit is about an inch and a half in size and one or two are beginning to ripen. Should I wait until all fruit in it's cluster has become red or pick early and let it ripen off of the vine? I've heard so many wonderful things about these tomatoes, I cannot wait to taste them? I live South Georgia and our temp has averaged around 95F this summer.
