Tomato leaves with white squiggles

On a few leaves of every tomato plant there are white "squiggles" which look like someone has drawn wavy lines with a white pen.

What is this, and can I do anything except pinching off affected leaves?

HELP PLEASE!!

Leaf miner NEW
by: Markie

They are a very tiny bug that was laid on the leaf as eggs. When they hatch they eat their way in between the layers of the leaf. Look at the trail. The black area is where the bugs are. I have tried everything. Nothing worked. I just cut the leaves off and hoped for the best
This year I am hanging yellow aphid traps hoping to reduce the numbers.
