Tomato leaves turning creamy white

Planted out my toms outside a week ago. Leaves are beginning to turn creamy white patches on every leaf. They are planted in compost and horse manure in raised beds. What could be wrong?

Looks like it could be burnt possibly from the manure or the sun- if they were not hardened off before putting them in the sun. Cover them with a piece of row cover and add topsoil to the manure.
