My Roma tomatoes are turning from green to brown

by Inga

My Roma tomatoes are turning from green to brown from the top of the fruit and spreading evenly downwards to the tip, the brown part being softer than the green.

Not all of my tomatoes have been affected, but some of the leaves near the bottom of the plant are slightly yellowed.

The plant is planted outdoors and I do not use any plant food or disease killer; my other plants have not been affected.

I wasn't sure if they are going moldy, have a disease or if this is just how they ripen (although this seems less likely).

Please help, I need to know if I should remove the infected areas or whatever else it is I need to do, if nothing.
