Half-dollar Size Tomatoes Ripen then Shrivel Every Year

by Paul

I have planted in all types of soil with all types of ferlilizer and also in pots for 5 years and always the same problem... Plants grow very well 2 feet or more.. the tomatoes grow to the size of a half dollar and ripen then shrivel up and fall off. Anyone have an idea of the problem?? These are Beefsteak tomatoes.

I hope someone has an answer to this because this post looks like I wrote it. I have had the exact same problem for the past 5 years. Diff kinds of soil etc. They stop growing and ripen at about 1/4 the size they should be but the plant is super healthy and grows like crazy. I am pulling off the suckers and fertilizing as directed and watering directed. I have the exact same problem with other plants as well. Peppers, cucumbers etc. I know I don't have a green thumb but this is ridiculous.
